Based on the play of Federico Garcia Llorca, La Casa de Bernarda Alba, the collection Santa Cruz goes back to the spanish roots of the designer. Recreating the atmosphere of old Andalousan village, the collection mixes tradition and broken rules. Eight years of mourning established by a tyranic mother force five daughters to adapt: Between restriction and need of freedom, the collection explores traditional and religious spanish wardrobes as well as menswear classic staples as to illustrate the dilemma of the play. The andalousan patio becomes a cage, but they are ready to set free.
